LEARNING EXPERIENCE

This online-based module is quite convenient to be accessed as it is totally conducted via zoom meeting every week for lecture & tutorial sessions. However, there are some limitations which we couldn't visit the historical site to experience the ambiance and to see the magnificent structure in real life due to the undesirable pandemic. One of the interesting part in this module is that we could earn badges by attempting quizzes on Times platform. I found that these quizzes and the "Kahoot" quizzes help me greatly to recall back the key terminology of each lessons as a preparation for final exam.

REFLECTION

First and foremost, I would like to express my gratitude towards my tutors Dr.Lia and Ms.Delliya who has cultivated my curiosity in gaining historical knowledge. History definitely contributes a lot as I have seen the advancement in construction methods & technology through the centuries. I was impressed by the remarkable ancient architecture and I am appreciate that the process of revolution have been conveyed to this 21st century as we won't be able to live in the modern cities nowadays without the basic foundation. Hence, I think that this is what makes history and theory of ancient buildings so imperative in the development of our environment.
