Project II: Introspective Architectural Folly
In this project, each student have to work in pairs to design a Architectural Folly that has spatial experience without any context. We have to further the architectural principle gathered from Project I, crafting an appropriate space for rethinking and reflect. Also, we have to focus on timber construction and explore about the materiality.

REFLECTION
Project II is a new challenge for me as I have work with one groupmate to produce a final design together. There are certain times when our discussion has come to a peak as everyone has different perceptions towards art and design. Luckily, I have met a nice groupmate who is Swee Choo, we always ensure that we had voiced up our opinions and achieve consensus before we proceed to next stage of design process. We have agreed to try something new which is about conceptual architecture. Inspired by the symbol of Yin & Yang, we design our structure with 2 parts, one represents negativity (Ying) while another one represents positivity (Yang). It also symbolizes that the user has turned from a depressful to charmful after going through this folly.
